A global web-based software and cloud computing company popularly known for its customer relationship management (CRM) product. Salesforce was founded in March 1999 by former Oracle executive Marc Benioff and Parker Harris.

Service Cloud helps agents solve customer problems faster, gives customers access to answers to solve problems on their own, helps personalize service, predicts needs, and helps deliver support to customers wherever they may be.
